About this service
DART is a multiagency program that targets youth with complex challenges and involvement with multiple social service agencies. DART is a consent based program and a referral is required. Referrals can be made by any community agency and available through the program coordinator. We also accept self-referrals as well as referrals from parents and legal guardians. Programs:
- Provide coordination of interagency case planning, advocacy and counselling
- Assist with obtaining personal identification
- Assist with some school or employment related costs
