COVID-19 UPDATE: We are closed at this time.
At the Selkirk & Interlake Mental Health Support Centre, we run 5 locations in Manitobas Interlake and Eastman regions. At these drop-in centres, we offer valuable resources for those experiencing mental health issues. Through education, advocacy and practical education, we aim to help individuals to reintegrate in their local communities. We can provide employment through our Sunflower Caf in Selkirk, and we can assist with references and referrals to healthcare professionals and other support networks. By reducing the stigma surrounding mental health issues, we can help members, family members, friends and co-workers alike.
