About this service
Uturn is a 2-year transitional housing program for young people ages 18-29 that are currently, or at risk of, facing homelessness. Each participant experiences independent living opportunities by becoming responsible for their own apartment and furnishings. They meet weekly with a Lifeskill Coach who helps them develop and walk out a Personal Development Plan. These plans are specifically designed to equip young people with life skills, supports, and community necessary in their journey towards independence.
