About this service
Reconnect Youth Program offers one-to-one, outreach and group support to youth ages 13-18. We work with youth to develop their strengths, overcome challenges and connect with community. The program is free, voluntary, and confidential. We also provide one-to-one parent support and education for families and caregivers.
