About this service
We all know that human sexuality and gender can be a fascinating and complex road to navigate. Although there is a growing acceptance and understanding of diversity we understand that oppression, discrimination and bullying still continues in this world.
We believe that living authentically is at the core of health. We also understand that authenticity can come at a cost and our counsellors are trained to look for opportunities to assist their clients in building health, acceptance, self-compassion and resilience along the road of self-discovery and growth.
Our counsellors provide services to all people exploring sexual health and for the LGBTQIA community (lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer and questioning, intersex and asexual).
