About this service
COVID-19 safety protocols including social distancing are in place in order to protect residents and reduce the risk of spread.
Interim Housing West Kelowna is a temporary shelter located in the former location of the Okanagan community food bank. This shelter can house up to 15 individuals experiencing homelessness and is intended as a short-term bridge location until a longer-term solution is in place.
Free Services Provided: While staying at the shelter, residents can access case planning, referrals, laundry, showers, and meal services. This facility also has a resource room with books, games, movies, and a bulletin board for jobs and apartment rentals.

Registration: In-person registration takes place between 2 pm and 4 pm Monday to Friday at 4545 Churchill Road. Registration is on a first-come, first-serve basis.
