Job Development services are designed to link job seekers with suitable employers, matching the individuals unique skills, qualifications and abilities with appropriate employment opportunities. If eligible, individuals are referred to our CLBC Job Developer, who will evaluate and assess the participants credentials, assist with employment applications, help to develop resumes, negotiate terms and conditions of employment and provide job coaching services when necessary. We are available to provide any other supported employment services needed to be successful!
