About this service
Transformations is an intensive education program for women wanting to:
- Develop effective communication skills
- Recognize and change familiar behaviour patterns
- Foster healthy and fulfilling relationships
- Establish personal responsibility
- Define and express personal boundaries
- Explore opportunities to make changes in your life along your journey to self compassion and wellness
You will learn and practice the Haven models of communication, relationship and self responsibility, and are offered a range of opportunities for personal learning in large and small group settings.
