About this service
From time to time, counsellors may feel they are not making sufficient progress or that they need a new vantage point from which to view a case they have been working on. A fresh perspective as provided by another counsellor can re-energize your approach. Similarly, seeing a person/case through a new theoretical lens can reorient you by highlighting new issues and potential solutions to old problems.
At Synergia we offer case consultation services from an attachment theory and a relational psycho-therapeutic perspective. Using these theoretical lenses specifically, we will:
Meet with a counsellor to discuss their concerns, approach and progress
Meet with a client(s) to assess their needs, issues and concerns or
Meet with a counsellors and client(s) together to discuss and assess the progress of the therapy, the dynamics at play and the treatment plan/therapeutic goals
