About this service
COVID-19 UPDATE: We continue to serve the public by providing community meals in take-out containers on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 11:45 am.
Offers several forms of temporary housing for men. Has 47 beds in a rehabilitation program (addiction treatment included) in a Community Residential Facility for federal and provincial offenders. Operates an Emergency Shelter offering 21 temporary beds, food and support services; intake begins at 1 pm. Offers longer-term Transitional Housing in both dormitory and private rooms for adult men, which includes a full meal plan. Accepts men on methadone maintenance. Men without sufficient funds may be assisted. All programs are abstinence-based; residents must commit to sobriety during their stay. Provides a free community meal several days of the week.
