You and your family may qualify for subsidized housing if your annual household income is below the established Housing Income Limit and also have been a BC resident for one continuous year.
Located at 450 Superior Street in Victoria, BC Kew Court offers a mix of 2 and 3 bedroom townhomes as well as 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments. The building hosts a coin operated laundry room although each unit is also plumbed for in-suite laundry. A shared community room is available for tenant gatherings. There are two partially modified 1 bedroom units and two partially modified 2 bedroom units for persons with a disability. Fifteen of the forty units have been designated for moderate income earning families whose combined gross annual salary falls between $36,000 $60,000. Proof of income will be required at time of application.
