Outreach services are available to low income seniors and adults with a disability living independently in the James Bay area without the support of family or friends. Outreach services may include:
- assessing eligibility for one on one volunteer services
- providing information on programs & services
- linking and referral to community resources
The outreach worker may also provide one on one support as needed.
