About this service
Anyone can experience depression but learning new life skills can help you move through difficult life situations in a healthy way. Depression is frequently a result of one or more life issues that you are currently not handling as well as you would like.
Let me help you move forward and overcome that feeling of impossible gloom. Are you experiencing:
Feelings of anxiety, panic, sadness, irritability, helplessness, fatigue, loss of appetite, difficulty sleeping, difficulty concentrating or focusing
Re-experiencing upsetting memories
Avoidance of thoughts, feelings conversations and events that remind one of the traumatic events
Feeling distant from others
Feeling jumpy
Loss of appetite
Substance misuse
Learning to trust and be trustworthy
I will guide you as you move through the difficult symptoms of depression. Well identify the thoughts and actions that lead to feelings of anxiety, sadness and fear and work to change the way youve learned to think and lead you back to the life you want.
