About this service
is a free skill-building program designed to help adults and youth 15+ manage low mood, mild to moderate depression, anxiety, stress or worry. Delivered online or over the phone with a coach, you will get access to tools that will support you on your path to mental wellness Bounce Back helps individuals (aged 15+) overcome early symptoms of depression and anxiety; it also helps to improve their mental health. Participants learn skills to help combat unhelpful thinking, manage worry and anxiety, and become more active and assertive.
Bounce Back is an evidence-based program based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy [CBT]. CBT is proven to be as effective as medication for reducing the symptoms of mild to moderate depression and anxiety..
