About this service

Bridges houses highly-trained and certified counselors offering trauma-informed, somatic experiencing, and woman-centered approaches to counseling. One-to-one counseling works to address and work through the impacts of trauma that create barriers to our freedom, confidence and life goals.

Counselling will help increase your safety and connection to community resources, increase skills on how to break out of the cycle of trauma and addictions, honour old ways of coping and learn how to reframe the effects of trauma in order to reconstruct a long standing identity of courage and intelligence.
