About this service
Supportive Housing is mid to long-term housing in self-contained private units for people who are low income, stable, and able to live independently but who require a little extra support. Examples of the supports and services available include proper meals and nutrition, access to outreach workers, wellness checks, life and employment skills training, opportunities for volunteer work, connection to community services and support groups. Residents also have access to counselling, as well as health, mental health, and addiction recovery services. Tenants in these facilities pay rent based on their income.
Free Services Provided: Proper meals and nutrition, self-care and hygiene reminders (if necessary), access to the Health Navigation Team. My Place residents have full access to all of Turning Points programs and services. Referrals and assistance to community resources and programs are also provided.

19+ and is low-income, in need of affordable and supportive housing, and able to live independently.
