Sometimes we need to ask for help to realize happiness and an overall sense of well being. I am here to listen to you and help you reach your goals. I realize that whatever you are experiencing right now is very personal and maybe even confusing. I understand that sharing your deepest thoughts can be intimidating but it can also be very relieving and rewarding.

I provide a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment to help identify your individual needs and work collaboratively with you to address those needs. With a holistic and integrative approach I want to help you achieve clarity, balance, strength, confidence and joy. I believe that every individual is unique, and has different needs and desires. There is not one particular approach that is right or beneficial for everyone.
