When we experience trauma or severe life stressors it is not uncommon to feel like our lives are unravelling. That unravelling can take many forms; emotional distress, break down of relationships with our partners and children, general dissatisfaction with life or work, feelings of overwhelming sadness, anxiety, anger and hopelessness.
Our passion lies in assisting clients in exploring the past, creating peace in the present and feeling hope for the future.
