About this organization
Vanderhoof Hospice is a community program that supports people who have been deemed palliative and their families.
The Vanderhoof Hospice Society is a registered charitable organization that is supported by private donations, membership fees, bequests, and the fundraising efforts of the Executive Board and Directors.
The Hospice Care Coordinator, employed by the Board, recruits and trains the volunteers, maintaining a level of training by holding one or two training series a year.
