About this service
The mission of Norgate House is to provide rental housing for seniors to age in place and to encourage independence, and to improve the quality of life for disabled persons by eliminating the institutional setting.
Zajac Norgate House has 36 units that are adaptable and barrier-free and rented at cost to seniors, including individuals with mobility, hearing and visual limitations as well as persons with degenerative diseases such as multiple sclerosis who might otherwise be institutionalized.
