Our Home Hospice Program is a valuable community service where visiting volunteers offer companionship to palliative patients in the community, and in their homes. Home hospice volunteers provide much-needed respite for caregivers and a kind and compassionate presence for individuals in need of emotional and practical support.
The regions only program of its kind, the Home Hospice Volunteer Program is a partnership between the Vancouver Hospice Society and Vancouver Coastal Health.
