About this service
We know how difficult and profound the end-of-life journey can be. We also understand how precious those final weeks, days, and moments are; both for the individuals who are dying, and those who love them. We are committed to walking this path with you every step of the way.
Our skilled team of doctors, nurses, care aides, counsellors and admin staff provide 24-hour compassionate end-of-life care at our 8-bed hospice. Every year, we provide exceptional care to more than 170 individuals who are in the final stages of life. We also offer counselling and bereavement support to those who have lost a loved one.
Our team of staff and volunteers are dedicated to doing all we can to ensure the end-of-life experience is as peaceful as possible. With a focus on dignity, comfort, and respect, we practice a patient-centred approach to care, honouring the needs and wishes of the patients and families we serve.
