Residents in our Alcohol & Drug Recovery Program and the community at large can access UGMs one-on-one Career Development sessions.The goal of Career Development is to allow people to rediscover who they are; what their gifts, talents, passions and interests are, and how they can be crafted together to create an individualized work purpose that evolve into fulfilling vocations.
