About this service
As part of the Vancouver Land Trust project, were working on increasing our portfolio in Vancouver with the development of 32 townhouses located adjacent the thriving River District, on E. Kent Avenue N. just west of Jellicoe Street a block away from River Front Park. This site will include 2 towers that will be managed by the Fraserview Housing Co-op. It will share a number of amenities, including green space and a playground. As a partner in this Land Trust project, Tikva will manage the 32 townhouses which include 2,3 and 4 bedroom units.
