About this service
The Art Studios is an art based program for people living with a mental health diagnosis. Through art and mutual support, members develop their artistic talents, confidence and life skills. The Art Studios offers a safe environment and the sense of community that is so important for members who often struggle with isolation. Our program today consists of classes, workshops, art therapy and online lessons. We are pleased to continue offering a variety of mediums including - acrylic, watercolor, printmaking, photography, drawing, pottery - and more! We provide opportunities for peers to mentor, assist, or instruct art sessions
