About this service

Completed in 2000, the Steveston Residence is a 20-unit apartment building located in the heart of the Steveston community of Richmond. The building includes 10 one-bedroom wheelchair accessible units, in addition to 10 two and three bedroom units for Richmond community families.

The Steveston Residence was designed to support adults who are too young for a traditional facility care, but require 24-hour assistance. Using the shared care model, tenants are provided with professional meal preparation and a variety of recreation activities.
