About this service

Our False Creek Residence houses 24 tenants, all of whom require 24-hour assistance, but are too young for traditional facility care. The False Creek residence uses a shared care model, which provides the tenants with professional meal preparation and a full recreation lounge.

Each resident enjoys a private room and shares a bathroom with their neighboring tenant. The building has a large dining room, complete with wall aquarium, snack area and full service kitchen, along with laundry facilities and computer lounge.

Young adults between the ages of 19 and 35 with disabilities
