About this service
Community Inclusion is for adults (aged 19+) who would benefit from some support in order to make their life as comfortable and as fulfilling as possible. We pair each adult with a one-to-one community inclusion worker who provides support and companionship, encourages them to identify and pursue their personal goals, and facilities the planning and actions needed to achieve them.
