About this service
Spikes on Bikes is a two-person bicycle team that serves both the West End and the Downtown Eastside of Vancouver. The community based program provides needle recovery, overdose response and overdose response training, naloxone distribution and harm reduction supply distribution. The program provides low-barrier employment for people with lived experience and have been at risk of overdose themselves.
