About this service
Need an understanding ear or someone to talk to? Parkinson Society British Columbia offers free, short-term, confidential and non-judgmental counselling services for people touched by Parkinsons disease. Counselling will provide you with a safe and structured environment to discuss challenges, process emotions and provide you with the extra support you and your loved one(s) may need.
Our clinical counsellors have experience working with people living with Parkinsons and their loved ones. Our counselling intern, Rena Iwasaki, also offers a unique perspective, having worked with multiple sclerosis patients.
