About this service
We have homes designed for 24hour staff residential care as well as homes designed for semi-independent living. Our Care Team is responsible in various health needs of an individual through meal planning and can also assist in medication needs of an individual. We have specialized nurses who are trained in the areas of the medical needs of an individual who are responsible in being the liaison between the health care professionals and the client. We have daily support workers who assist in the daily routines of an individual and who help in achieving goal and dreams through a specifically designed day program and activities.
