About this service
Our counsellors volunteer their services and come from a wide range of cultures and experiences. They have a Masters degree (or equivalent) in Counselling Psychology, Social work or related disciplines and subscribe to the Code of Ethics published by the Canadian Counselling Association. We offer counselling service to individuals, couples and families that are experiencing any of the following:
- Life Crisis
- Depression and/or anxiety
- Self-esteem difficulties
- Grief and loss
- Marital, family conflict
- Cross-cultural difficulties
- Parenting difficulties
- Uncertain about life goals
