Chelsea Lodge, at 3075 Nanaimo Street (one block south of Grandview Highway), was opened in 1962. It contains 49 bachelor suites for single residents and a one-bedroom suite for the live-in Site Managers. There are plenty of amenities and a large private lawn where residents enjoy summer barbecues and outdoor recreation.
