About this service
Every new participants goes through an info session with a coach to learn the full scope of the Employment Readiness Program and what Mission Possible offers.
Mission Possible offers an Employment Readiness Program existing out of a few steps. The program is a stepping stone towards employment and is meant for anyone who is experiencing challenges to getting (back) into the workforce. Anyone who is interested can sign up for an information session (step 1) by calling our office: 604-253-4469. We offer a co-ed track and a women's track.
After attending the information session and signing our program form, participants will be signed up for a 3-day workshop focused on employment readiness and personal well-being. After completing the workshop, there is a potential of starting 6-months of paid work experience with the Mission Possible Enterprises street-cleaning team. While being enrolled in the program, a coach will support you in your further job search.
