About this service
The Wraparound Program offers youth, age 13-17 living in South and East Vancouver, wraparound support to develop their strengths and to build on their resilience.
Certified Wraparound facilitators work with the youth to engage in pro-social activities, develop healthy attachments to their communities, and make progress toward their goals. Our staff work with the youth to create individualized support teams that can collaborate together on strategies to fulfill their needs and work towards achieving their plans.
The support teams are customized to fit the individuals preferences and can consist of both informal (family, friends, peers, etc.) and formal (school counsellors, school liaison officers, community service providers, etc.) supports.
