Offering 40 sleeping rooms in the Downtown Eastside of Vancouver.

Lookouts Tenant Support Workers (TSWs) provide a multi-faceted service that includes ongoing support and advocacy on behalf of the tenant with the goal to maximize positive outcomes. Tenants in transitional housing require additional supports before moving towards independent housing. TSWs work with each tenant to develop case plans that address tenant needs that may include: anxiety, trauma, mental health, addictions, and chronic illnesses. TSWs also assist tenants to create a community through activities and programs. TSWs also develop life and employability skills to assist tenants in reaching their long-term goals.
