About this service
Schools out, is an after-school literacy leaders program for 5 elementary school students in grades 1-3 (ages 4-7yrs old) living in Riley Park. The program targets social and emotional learning of 500+ children from Wolfe, Brock, David Livingstone, Mackenzie, and Simon Fraser Elementary Schools. The program aims to increase physical literacy through recreational play and academic literacy through themed activities such as child rights, science experiments, nature, storytelling, and life skills.
