About this service
Join us every Wednesday to let off some steam with a free swim, hot tub, sauna or workout at Templeton Pool. We provide the snacks and the access to their amenities, as well as someone to chat to if youre experiencing some extra stress, anxiety or conflict in your life. Every other Wednesday we have a trained yoga instructor providing a free 90 minute class in the Activity Room from 3:30 5:00.
