This 30-unit affordable housing option, operated by Kitsilano Neighbourhood House (Kits House), is fully accessible, is a non-smoking, no-pet building with laundry facilities, underground parking, a large rooftop garden and a shared common space. This unique housing development is designed for older adults who are able to live independently and enjoy sharing their skills, ideas, time and enthusiasm on behalf of Kits House, their neighbours and their community.
