About this service
We offer a free online psychotherapy service for adults struggling with a variety of mental health and behavioral health concerns, such as anxiety, depression, overcoming addiction, coping with chronic pain and more as the program continues to grow. Our program is based on proven, well researched cognitive behavioral therapy and has been created by clinical experts from Vancouver Coastal Health and Providence Health Care.
If you reside within the Vancouver Coastal Health region, you may be eligible for treatment through the VCH online therapy service. As a patient, you will have regular contact with your VCH psychotherapist via encrypted email, who will guide and support you through our online cognitive behavioral therapy program.
