About this service

A senior is not always trained or has enough computer skills to access this multitude of information. Therefore, providing this information and referral becomes a very important service.
This telephone information line is available for seniors, their families and significant others during regular business hours. JSA has an extensive language bank; thus, if you require service in a language other than English it can be arranged.
