About this service
We have two support groups - one for people in Recovery, and one for Family and Friends.
JACS Recovery Group
- Our Recovery group meets online now that Covid-19. We meet every second Tuesday evening. 7pm
- The group provides participants to come together with others who share the experiences associated with addiction and Jewish life. Using the principles of the Jewish path of Mussar, we discuss how participants can approach their recovery through the lens of improving character traits that may be the very issue that causes them to stumble. Examples of topics we have discussed are humility, anger, judgement. awareness, joy, strength,there is a new topic each week.
Family Support Group:
- The JACS Support Group for Family and Friends is a safe place to connect with families that share the experiences associated with addiction and Jewish life. We meet online every second Tuesday evening. 7pm
