About this service

As a newcomer, you'll receive one-on-one and group support to help you and your family understand and adjust to your new life in Canada. What we do:

  • provide services in your local community
  • provide information on schools, health care, housing and recreation
  • confidential support to help you and your family adjust to living in Canada
  • help you cope with stress
  • help you gain confidence to seek services on your own
  • provide case management services if you are facing many barriers and need special supports
