About this service
Are you living with heart disease or at a high risk of developing it? The VGH Centre for Cardiovascular Health and Vancouver Parks & Recreation have partnered to bring you a long-term cardiac exercise program in the community. The Happy Hearts Alliance consists of a weekly 60-minute exercise class taught by a certified instructor and a monthly visit from a VGH clinical coordinator. Individuals who have not graduated from a hospital based rehabilitation program are encouraged to apply.
