About this service
The mission of Crossreach is to support independent living by providing health and social services that promote the dignity and well-being of the participant and their families and/or caregivers. Crossreach is open for clients from Monday to Friday each week. A typical day at Crossreach includes a morning snack, exercises and music, a healthy hot lunch, crafts and games, bus outings, and other activities designed to entertain, stimulate and engage our seniors.
