About this service
Our transitional housing services assist people on conditional release from correctional facilities to reintegrate into the community by providing a safe and welcoming home environment accompanied with robust support services that enhance community safety and promote a successful transition.Our homelessness prevention programs assist people with complex needs, such as those transitioning out of the criminal justice system or those experiencing chronic or episodic homelessness. We help to secure safe and affordable housing, maintain positive tenant and landlord relations, and access rental subsidies. We also connect people with community resources and supports that enhance their ability to maintain housing and promote long-term stability in the community.
