About this service
The original site of the Aaron Webster Housing Co-operative was acquired by Community Land Trust in early 2019. Members approved plans for redevelopment and have been relocated to another CLT property (at 95 E. 1st Ave) while planning and development commences. A net of 58 new homes are to be added to the co-op. Photos are of the original site, which will be demolished in 2019. Stay tuned for updated images of the new build!
