About this service
Provides temporary, overnight emergency housing in dorm rooms for 40 homeless adults from November 1, 2018 to March 31, 2020. Services include 2 meals a day, snacks, showers, and laundry facilities. Pets are allowed on a leash or in a cage. Accepts referrals from self or other. Intake is from 11 am to 4 pm Monday to Friday; shelter hours are 4 pm to 11 am Monday to Sunday. Wheelchair accessible.
An emergency procedure protocol is in place and all staff are trained in emergency procedures, non-violent crisis intervention, Vancouver Coastal Healths opioid overdose response and first aid.
