About this service
The Columbus Millennium Tower opened to residents in July of 2004, and has 56 units available for independent living, including 10 one bedroom and 46 studio style suites. Each unit has a kitchenette and a refrigerator. Rent includes heating and Shaw basic cablevision. 24 hour security is provided by an in-house emergency response system and double-gated indoor parking for cars and scooters. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are available to residents and their guests at a very reasonable cost. The Millennium Tower features a big screen TV and games room, a piano lounge, a private lounge and dining area, a chapel, balconies and patios to enjoy the Sun and the mountains.
An additional 40 assisted living units are operated by Saint Elizabeth Health Care on behalf of Vancouver Coastal Health and BC Housing.
