CLAS has partnered with Ending Violence Association of BC to address workplace sexual harassment through the SHARP Workplaces Program. Legal Advice Clinic CLAS provides free confidential legal advice from a lawyer to anyone who has experienced, or is experiencing, sexual harassment in their workplace in BC. Education and Training In partnership with EVA BC, free education and training is also provided on preventing and addressing sexual harassment in the workplace to non-profits, Indigenous organizations, and small businesses. Our goal is to support workplaces to ensure respectful workplace environments to prevent sexual harassment and develop trauma-informed policies and procedures to handle complaints in a sensitive, respectful manner to all involved.
